Provides back-office support for deposit accounts by inputting the coding to the system based on multiple reports as well as being the quality control of second review to other Deposit Operations employees. Maintains incoming research requests as well as Online Banking Messages for contact changes.
A Universal Banker is responsible for providing teller based transactions and handling maintenance and service requests for consumer and business products/services for new and existing customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Universal Bankers process deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
